Each capsule contains 10 billion live lactic/bifido bacteria in a matrix resistant to stomach acid. Helps restore and maintain the healthy balance of the bowel flora, especially after antibiotic therapy and for Candida/thrush. Also helps prevent "traveller's tummy" on holiday.
30 or 60 capsules
Dosage: 1-2 capsules daily with a cold drink.
