Odylique (previously known as Essential Care) is renowned for creating products of the highest quality. We are not a conventional beauty company. Our skin care and makeup is therapeutic, free from artificial chemicals and common allergens, and is used by many people who cannot tolerate high street products. 

Current Vacancies: 

Export & Trade Administrator

We are looking for a hardworking, enthusiastic administrator to support us with our growing sales. This person must be able to think on their feet, be able to deal with an ever-changing environment and have a good attention to detail.

You will be based at our eco-factory and HQ in Mildenhall, Suffolk. Local connections are preferable. The role is 25 hours per week and can be flexible around school schedules.

The successful candidate will be required but not limited to:

- Process export and UK trade orders

- Process customs documents

- Answer phone calls and customer emails

- Support customer queries, requests and anything required to help get the orders out of the door.

- Book in shipments using courier platforms.

- Use Xero to process invoices and submit orders

- Support the dispatch team where required.

We’ll Need You to Have:

· A flexible attitude and openness to multi-tasking and changing priorities. As we are a small company it is also important to be willing to go beyond your job role to support the rest of our team when necessary.

. Knowledge/experience with customs documentation is a huge advantage.

. Customer service experience of at least 5* years*.

· The ability to think on your feet.

· Good attention to detail.

. A friendly, kind and supportive nature.

. The ability to manage your own workload.

. Fantastic communication skills.

. Good computer literacy.
