An essential oil with an intensely rich, earthy/woody scent. It is traditionally believed to have anti-depressant properties and may be useful for relieving stress and restoring emotional balance. It may help boost dry, cracked or aging skin.
Add 2-3 drops to a warm bath, massage blend, vapouriser or diffuser.
